Khosali Dusameh, also known as 'Ba Lee', is the owner of the popular restaurant 'Ahlam Grilled Chicken', located in Chana, Songkhla Province, Thailand. Originally a fresh chicken vendor, he pivoted to open the grilled chicken restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic to support his staff. Starting with a small tent and two clay ovens, his restaurant has quickly gained popularity, selling up to 2,000 chickens a day during peak seasons. Khosali's success is attributed to his meticulous attention to detail in every step of the cooking process, ensuring consistently delicious and aromatic chicken that has become a local favorite.
