Khulud
Khulud, 28, is a Chevening scholar who has secured a place at University College London to pursue a master’s degree in dental health. After completing her dental degree at the University of Palestine in 2020, she worked in clinical dentistry while also training others. In response to the ongoing war in Gaza, Khulud opened a clinic with her brother to provide free healthcare, including dentistry, general medicine, and psycho-social support, to over 20,000 displaced individuals. She believes that even in the darkest times, there is hope in serving her community, and her scholarship represents a crucial opportunity to gain resources that would allow her to contribute to rebuilding Gaza's healthcare system.
