Kindai Samba

Kindai Samba is the Regional Director for West Africa at the World Food Programme (WFP), where she focuses on addressing food security and nutrition challenges in the region. Her work involves collaborating with governments and international partners to implement programs aimed at supporting vulnerable populations and enhancing agricultural value chains. Recently, she was in the news for her discussions with Mauritania's Minister of Economic Affairs about strengthening partnerships between the WFP and the African Development Bank to promote food resilience and sustainable economic development.
