Kintinga Issouf

Kintinga Issouf is the Director of Information Technology at the General Directorate of Taxes in Burkina Faso. He recently played a significant role in the launch of the SYC@D platform, an integrated cloud-based system aimed at enhancing the management of land, cadastre, and property processes in the country.
