Kiril Bocharov

Kiril Bocharov, the head of the Vologda representation in Moscow, was recently arrested as part of a corruption investigation involving a significant bribery case. He and the Vice-Governor of Vologda, Denis Alekseev, were detained while allegedly receiving a bribe of 30 million rubles related to a contract extension for logging rights.
