Kiril Neshev

Kiril Neshev is an independent candidate for the mayor of the Oborishte district, previously serving as the deputy chairman of the 'Bulgaria Can' party. He is a former national water polo athlete and a former officer in the National Security Service, holding a degree in machine engineering and a master's in computer technology. He aims to enhance electronic public services in the district.
