Kirill Ilyashenko

Thirteen-year-old Kirill Ilyashenko gained recognition for his bravery after escaping a burning bus following a Russian missile strike in Sumy, Ukraine. Despite suffering injuries from shrapnel, he heroically helped other passengers escape the flames, showcasing remarkable courage in a life-threatening situation. Kirill is a student at Sumy School No. 4 and is also a trainee in freestyle wrestling at a local sports school.
