Kirill Keturko

Kirill Keturko was a 19-year-old Belarusian who fled his home country to escape intensified house arrest following his participation in the 2020 protests against the government. He lived in Warsaw, Poland, where he faced charges related to fraud and was held in pre-trial detention. Tragically, Keturko was found dead in his cell on October 20, 2023, leading to investigations that ultimately concluded without findings of misconduct.
