Kirill Sholkov was a prominent Orthodox priest and the first rector of the church dedicated to the Mother of God 'The Queen of All', established in Minsk to support oncology patients. He was known for his commitment to social service and charitable work, having opened prayer chapels in various healthcare facilities and served as the chairman of the Synodal Department for Church Charity and Social Service. Sholkov passed away unexpectedly in March 2023 at the age of fifty.
