Kirsten Lacy

Kirsten Lacy is the former director of the Auckland Art Gallery, having served in the role since April 2019. An Australian by origin, she has a background as an artist and has held several prominent positions in the art world, including a deputy director role at the National Gallery of Australia. During her tenure, Lacy was recognized for her efforts in increasing visitor engagement through innovative programming and enhancing the gallery’s collection.
