Kirsty McCully

Kirsty McCully is an NZEI staff member who works with early childhood teachers and has been an outspoken advocate for pay equity in education. She has criticized recent legislative changes as regressive, arguing that they create additional barriers to achieving wage justice for women in the education sector, particularly in light of the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
