Klaus Blasquiz

Klaus Blasquiz is a French musician and vocalist, best known for his contributions to the avant-garde rock band Magma, which he co-founded with Christian Vander. Blasquiz's work is characterized by his innovative vocal techniques and his role in creating the unique Zeuhl genre, a fusion of jazz, rock, and classical music that features an invented language. His artistic vision played a significant role in shaping the French underground music scene in the late 1960s, particularly during the revolutionary cultural climate of May 1968.
