Kler Braun

Kler Braun is the head of the Department for the Execution of Judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. She has been actively involved in ensuring the effective implementation of the Court's judgments across member states, emphasizing the importance of national judicial systems in upholding human rights. Recently, she highlighted the significant role of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro in protecting citizens' rights through the application of European standards, particularly in the context of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of judicial procedures.
