Kobi Becker

Kobi Becker is a 50-year-old carpenter and wood artist based in Kfar Saba, Israel. He realized his childhood dream of building a treehouse by constructing a three-story wooden home from recycled materials, situated 12 meters high among concrete buildings. His passion for woodworking began in middle school and he later honed his skills in the United States, working on projects including church constructions. Despite his creative endeavors, Becker has faced legal challenges regarding the lack of building permits for his treehouse, which has led to a demolition order from the local municipality.
