Kong Kwan is a prominent political figure in Hong Kong, known for his role within the Special Administrative Region's government. Recently, he was in the news due to his participation in a delegation representing Hong Kong at the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Second Sino-Japanese War, attending various commemorative events in Beijing while other senior officials were absent.
