Kong Linghui is a former Chinese table tennis player who is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in the sport's history. Born on February 18, 1975, in Shenyang, Liaoning, he achieved remarkable success during his career, including winning two Olympic gold medals and multiple World Championships. He held the world number one ranking for a significant period and was known for his powerful playing style and exceptional skills. Kong made history by becoming the youngest male player to reach the world number one ranking at the age of 20 years, 2 months, and 22 days, a record that stood for nearly three decades until surpassed by Lin Shidong.
