Konstantin Garkalov

Konstantin Garkalov is the Deputy Director of the Institute of Respiratory Medicine at the Medical University of Astana. He plays a key role in the ongoing discussions and initiatives to improve the diagnosis and management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in Kazakhstan.
