Konstantin Kobzar

Konstantin Kobzar is a former high-ranking official in Ukraine, having served as the head of the State Security Administration and as deputy chief of the Presidential Security Service. He has recently been sentenced in absentia to ten years in prison for organizing the illegal transportation of individuals across the state border and desertion, actions that occurred during the political upheaval in Ukraine in 2014.
