Kostas Dimoulas

Kostas Dimoulas is the President of the Department of Social Policy at Panteion University in Athens. He is actively involved in initiatives aimed at addressing homelessness in the city, including a recent project funded by the European Commission to develop a common methodology for counting homeless individuals across member states, thereby informing policies on homelessness at the European level.
