Kostas Krystallis

Kostas Krystallis was a Greek poet, prose writer, and folklorist, born in 1868 in Syrrako, a village in Epirus. Despite his brief life, ending at the age of 26, he made significant contributions to Greek literature, particularly through his poetry that often reflects the struggles and cultural heritage of his people. His works, characterized by a deep connection to both Greek and Vlach folk traditions, have been rediscovered and celebrated in recent years, highlighting his unique voice in the literary landscape.
