Krishna Shekhar Rana

Krishna Shekhar Rana is a former professor of zoology and a well-known academic figure in Agra, India, who has served as vice-chancellor at multiple universities. He gained notoriety after being arrested for impersonating the high commissioner of Oman, seeking VIP treatment through forged documents.
