Kristina Scanlan

Kristina Scanlan is a physician currently completing her residency in Pennsylvania. She was in the process of applying for Italian citizenship through her great-great-grandmother when the Tajani Decree was announced, leaving her and her family devastated as they no longer qualified under the new regulations.
