Kuandyk Rashit is the Deputy Head of the Pre-trial Investigation Service at the Agency for Combating Corruption in Kazakhstan, where he is currently involved in investigations concerning the illegal transfer of university properties from the Kazakh National Agrarian University to private ownership.
