Kuda Malikongwa

Kuda Malikongwa is a former agent of the Directorate on Intelligence and Security (DIS) in Botswana, who has gained attention for alleging that the Director General, Peter Magosi, undermined the legal office of the DIS, leading to numerous costly litigations against the government. Malikongwa claims that Magosi frequently bypassed legal protocols, resulting in irregular and potentially unlawful contracts, and has since become a key figure in lawsuits seeking compensation for unlawful arrests and detentions.
