Kudratilla Asatullayevich Tulyaganov

Kudratilla Asatullayevich Tulyaganov was appointed as the hokim (governor) of Olmazor District in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Born on October 6, 1982, in Tashkent, he graduated from the Tashkent Finance Institute in 2008 and the Banking and Finance Academy in 2016. Prior to his appointment, Tulyaganov served as the chairman of Asakabank since 2023. He succeeded Azizxon Umarxonov, who had been in the position since 2021 before taking on a new role as the head of the Department for Execution of Sentences within the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
