Kulbahadur Puri

Kulbahadur Puri is the chairman of Ward 8 in Kupinde, Nepal. He has expressed concerns about the declining water levels in the Kupinde Lake, which used to be filled year-round two decades ago but now only sees water during heavy rainfall. Puri attributes the lake's shrinking size to reckless road construction and climate change, which have diminished the water sources.
