Kulwa Baseke

Kulwa Baseke is the grieving mother of Enock Mhangwa, a young man who tragically died after being brutally beaten by village leaders and local security personnel in Bukombe, Tanzania. She has publicly called for justice for her son, who had never been previously accused of theft and was reported to have been treated violently before his death.
