Kunal Moktan

Kunal Moktan is a former Blackstone executive and the co-founder of Property Share, a pioneering platform in India that introduced fractional real estate ownership in 2015. Under his leadership, Property Share has secured a significant presence in the commercial real estate market, managing assets worth Rs 1,600 crore and becoming the first to obtain an SM REIT license in India. Moktan is actively pursuing ambitious expansion plans, aiming to raise Rs 2,800 crore in 2025 and diversify into various alternative investments.
