Kwek Hoen

Kwek Hoen was a Chinese lieutenant who played a pivotal role in establishing the Jin De Yuan (Kim Tek Le) temple in Batavia in 1650, which is one of the earliest Chinese temples in Indonesia, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the Chinese community.
