L. Ts.

L. Ts. is a member of the political council of the United National Movement in Georgia, who was recently arrested by the State Security Service's Anti-Corruption Agency on charges of fraud. He allegedly promised a foreign national assistance in obtaining a one-year residence permit in Georgia in exchange for a fee of $5,600, of which he is accused of fraudulently acquiring $2,650.
