Ladislas

Ladislas is a local worker who has been significantly affected by the recent power rationing measures implemented by Regideso in Gitega, Burundi. He is among those who rely on the operation of rice milling machines for his livelihood, but due to the new schedule that limits milling to alternate days, he now finds himself without work. Expressing his frustration, he stands outside a closed mill, lamenting the impact of these decisions on his ability to provide for his family.
