Lai’atu Augustine-Bamaiyi

Dr. Lai’atu Augustine-Bamaiyi serves as the state Coordinator for the Network of Women with Disabilities in Kebbi. She is dedicated to advocating for the rights and welfare of persons with disabilities, organizing outreach programs aimed at providing healthcare and support. Her recent efforts focused on a mental health awareness outreach that enrolled 100 women with disabilities into a health insurance scheme, aiming to alleviate their challenges and promote inclusivity.
