Lâm Thế Hùng

Lâm Thế Hùng is the Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training in Tuyên Quang Province, Vietnam. He was recently in the news for his role in overseeing the organization of a second round of high school graduation exams for 326 students, following the discovery of irregularities in the previous examination results.
