Lamido Sanusi

Lamido Sanusi is a prominent Nigerian economist and the 16th Emir of Kano, recognized for his influential role in both finance and traditional leadership. Recently, he was in the news due to the inauguration of the Kano Emirate Council, where he was directed by Governor Kabir Yusuf to prepare for the Sallah Durbar celebration amid ongoing security concerns and rivalries within the emirate.
