Lamin Bojang is the chairman of the National People's Party (NPP) for Kartong, who has recently been accused of involvement in illegal sand mining activities within the community. He has denied these allegations, claiming that his mining activities are limited to his home and suggesting that the chairman of the Kartong Village Development Committee (VDC) is the real perpetrator.
