Lamin Njie

Lamin Njie is a Communications Officer for the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture in The Gambia. He has recently been in the news for his role in reporting on the UNESCO inscription of Georgetown in Janjanbureh, which recognized the island's historical significance related to slavery and post-slavery, enhancing its status as a center for memory and emancipation.
