
Lang András
Lang András was a prominent Hungarian entrepreneur and musician, best known as one of the founders of the Pesti Est, a free program magazine that evolved into the Est Media Group. He was a key figure in the Budapest cultural scene, having played keyboards in bands such as Drums and Energomat, and was also involved in local politics as a former municipal representative in Szentendre. Lang had a diverse career that included acting in alternative theater and contributing to community education by establishing Waldorf schools. He passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025, after a long illness, surrounded by family.
