Lanisia Rhoden

Lanisia Rhoden is the Executive Director of Young Women and Men of Purpose, known for her passion for entrepreneurship and her commitment to fostering the growth of aspiring business owners in Jamaica. She recently launched the REAP Entrepreneurship Programme, a $5 million initiative aimed at equipping emerging entrepreneurs with essential skills and support to develop sustainable businesses.
