Larisa Yashchenko

Larisa Yashchenko is the head of practical training at the Boyarka College of Ecology and Natural Resources in Ukraine, where she has adapted the curriculum to support adult women, many of whom are mothers and widows affected by war. Her efforts focus on greenhouse cultivation and open-field farming, enabling women to gain agricultural skills and confidence as they rebuild their lives.
