Lars Erik Fuglesang

Lars Erik Fuglesang is a local politician for the Labour Party (Ap) in Oslo, Norway. He serves on the Bjerke district council and was previously the council leader. Recently, he gained media attention after successfully contesting a parking fine he received for parking outside a designated disabled parking spot, which he argued was improperly marked by the municipality. The court ruled in his favor, leading to a significant financial victory against the city of Oslo.
