Laura Alcaro

Laura Alcaro is a judge in Italy who presided over the case of Diar Bytyqi. She assessed the evidence presented by law enforcement and ultimately ruled that while Bytyqi’s actions indicated a violent nature, he did not represent a sufficient danger to warrant continued incarceration, instead imposing electronic monitoring and restrictions on his movements.
