Laura Hardeep Kaur

Laura Hardeep Kaur is an Italian labor union leader, serving as the secretary of Flai Cgil, the agricultural workers' union in Latina and Frosinone. As a second-generation Indian-Italian, she has been an advocate for the rights of migrant workers in agriculture, emphasizing the systemic exploitation they face. Following the tragic death of Satnam Singh, Kaur has worked to bring attention to labor abuses and has called for reforms to improve working conditions and ensure fair treatment for foreign laborers in Italy.
