Laurent Régné

Laurent Régné, a former director general of services, has been convicted in connection with a case involving Nathalie Bicais, the mayor of La Seyne-sur-Mer. He was sentenced to six months in prison with a suspended sentence for facilitating the illegal obtainment of a building permit for Bicais' personal residence.
