Laurent Schmit

Laurent Schmit is a Luxembourgish architect recognized for his significant contributions to modern architecture, particularly in relation to public buildings. He is best known for designing the Bâtiment Schuman between 1970 and 1973, which served as the first plenary chamber of the European Parliament and has become a symbol of European integration.
