Laurynas Vilkas

Laurynas Vilkas is the chairman of the Young Conservatives League (Jaunųjų konservatorių lyga) in Lithuania. He gained media attention for wearing a penguin costume during a protest, which was a satirical response to Prime Minister G. Paluckas' handling of a loan controversy involving his company.
