Laxman KC is a prominent political figure in Nepal, known for his association with the Nepali Congress party and his role as the chairman of the Center for Democratic Engineers Nepal (CDECN). Recently, he was appointed as a member of the authority's executive committee, alongside fellow political figure Parajuli. However, his appointment has faced legal challenges, as a writ petition was filed against it in the Patan High Court, raising concerns over the legality of ministerial appointments. As a result, KC has not yet been able to assume his duties on the committee.
