Laxmi Agarwal

Laxmi Agarwal is a prominent Indian acid attack survivor and activist known for her courageous advocacy for the rights and dignity of acid attack victims. After surviving a brutal attack in 2005, she became a vocal supporter of legal reforms and social change to protect the rights of such individuals. In 2021, she co-founded the Brave Souls Foundation with fellow survivor Malik, which provides critical legal and economic support to acid attack survivors, helping them reintegrate into society and regain their sense of self-worth.
