Lazar T. is a 19-year-old individual who was arrested in connection with a violent assault on Dragan R. while he was walking with his wife and baby in Vračar. Following a minor traffic incident involving Dragan's baby stroller, an altercation ensued, leading to Lazar severely beating Dragan, resulting in multiple serious injuries. Despite being charged with serious bodily harm and violent behavior, he was released to defend himself from freedom after witness testimonies were collected.
