Laziz Hasanov

Laziz Hasanov is the head of the State Ecological Control Inspection under the Ministry of Ecology, Environment Protection, and Climate Change of Uzbekistan. He was involved in addressing the recent incident in Tashkent where 174 trees and shrubs were cut down without proper authorization, leading to significant environmental damage. Hasanov emphasized the violation of a moratorium established by presidential decree concerning tree cutting and highlighted the need for strict accountability for those responsible.
