Le Ngoc Van is a 13-year-old girl from Bac Giang who underwent a life-saving kidney transplant after suffering from end-stage kidney disease for several years. Her successful transplant, made possible by the generosity of a deceased donor and financial support from the 'Sun of Hope' program, has allowed her to regain a normal life despite ongoing health challenges.
